Oh no, Jeff, tell me you didn't fall for it? Before I insert my foot into my mouth, let me first say that if you use a CRT monitor, use Blackle. Anyone with an LCD, however, the point is moot. Different studies have found as low as a 2W decrease for white-to-black up to 1W *increase*. But basically, it's a wash for LCD's. I had heard of blackle.com (the eco friendly version of google), but now they have launched blackle games i dunno if any energy is saved, but atleast it doesnt hurt the eye, lol

There are around 25 different versions of “black google” online. The best one I’ve found is www.cleanblack.com. Cleanblack is the only version that allows you to change the text colors of the google search results. Try it yourself by going to www.cleanblack.com/theme/
